چکیده
The present and future high demand of common cereals as corn wheat encourage the development feed processing technology that allows for dietary inclusion other low nutritional value in poultry feeding. Barley grains contain anti-nutritional factors limit their industry. treatment barley with solid-state fermentation exogenous enzymes (FBEs) provides a good alternative to cereals. In this study, were subjected microbial using Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus subtilis fibrolytic enzymes. This study aimed assess impact FBEs on growth, utilization efficiency, immune modulation, antioxidant status expression intestinal barrier nutrient transporter-related genes. One-day-old broiler chicks (Ross 308, n = 400) comprised four representative groups ten replicates (10 chicks/replicate) fed corn-soybean meal basal diets inclusions at 0, 5, 10 15% 38 days. Solid-state increased protein content, lowered crude fiber reduced sugars compared non-fermented gains. consequence, group FBEs10% had superior efficiency body weight gain (increased by 4.7%) higher levels metabolizability, pancreatic digestive enzyme activities digesta viscosity. Notably, showed an villi height decreased crypt depth remarkable hyperactivity duodenal glands. addition, boosted serum immune-related parameters breast muscle antioxidants status. Intestinal transporters encoding genes (GLUT-1, CAAT-1, LAT1 PepT-1) barriers (MUC-2, JAM-2, occludin, claudins-1 β-defensin 1) upregulated levels. conclusion, feeding positively enhanced chickens’ performance, status,

Effects of zinc oxide nanoparticles on antioxidant status, serum enzymes activities, biochemical parameters and performance in broiler chickens
This research was conducted to investigate the effect of zinc oxide Nanoparticles (nano-ZnO) in diets on the performance, antioxidant status, enzymes activity and some hematological parameters of broiler chickens. A total of 600 one–day-old male Ross 308 broilers were allocated to four treatment groups with five replications of 30 each from day 1 to 42 day of age. The birds were continuously di...
متن کاملAntioxidant status of broiler chickens, infected with Eimeria acervulina
Under usual conditions, the production of reactive free radicals and their elimination are in a dynamic equilibrium. This balance could be disturbed when the generation of free radicals becomes higher than the protection capacity of systemic antioxidant defence. The impaired equilibrium in favour of oxidants is named oxidative stress and it is involved in the pathogenesis of numerous diseases, ...
متن کاملConsiderations on the Use of Exogenous Fibrolytic Enzymes to Improve Forage Utilization
Digestion of cell wall fractions of forage in the rumen is incomplete due to the complex links which limit their degradation. It is therefore necessary to find options to optimize the use of forages in ruminant production systems. One alternative is to use exogenous enzymes. Exogenous fibrolytic enzymes are of fungal or bacterial origin and increase nutrient availability from the cell wall, whi...

This study aimed to evaluate the potential of commercial enzymes cellulase (CE), xylanase (XY) and the combination of CE + XY to improve rumen fermentation of Guinea grass ecotype ‘A’ (Panicum maximum). The experiment was carried out in a randomized complete block design. In vitro incubations were performed with four doses of individual enzymes and their combinations (1:1 from each enzyme) as 5...

This trial was conducted to determine the effects of feeding a diet containing solid-state fermented rapeseed meal on performance, nutrient digestibility, intestinal ecology and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens. A mixed liquid culture, containing approximately 5 log cfu/ml Lactobacillus fermentum, Enterococcus faecium, Saccharomyces cerevisae and Bacillus subtilis was prepared in a 1:1...
